From your work with inventory processes, to your time in The Ryder Cup Shops working with volunteers and some of the leading golf merchandise and apparel manufacturers, you will leave this experience with a greater understanding of the overall operations of a major championship. End of April Assist in receiving all merchandise for The Ryder Cup Shops Receive product cartons; Conduct inventory processes; Organize received products into storage trailers First half of May Assist with set-up and visual displays within The Ryder Cup Shops Work with national vendor representatives to move products into the store; Organize back stock; Aesthetically merchandise the sales floor Work with visuals consultant and Legends Staff to create and apply visuals throughout the Shops Middle of May Assist in the final preparations of the merchandise facilities Create signage; Organize the point-of-sale stations; Train volunteers Event Week Assist our full-time merchandise staff in running The Ryder Cup Shops throughout the Ryder Cup event week (September 19 - 28) Direct over 700 volunteers in various areas of the merchandise operations; Assist vendors with product related tasks; Provide customer service to patrons; Replenish back stock; Other duties assigned Post Tournament Week Assist with the breakdown of the merchandise operations Assist with post-event sales; Ending inventory procedures; Load out processes Ability to assist in moving boxes and fixtures weighing approximately 30-70 lb., as well as stand unassisted for extended periods of time. Job Responsibilities Where state and federal laws/regulations allow, accountable for performing day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations, administrative activities; Ensures efficient pharmacy workflow and a positive patient experience. Serves as a full-time certified pharmacy technician. Responsible for operating pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions. Completes patient and physician calls under the supervision of a pharmacist (where allowed by law). Under the supervision of a pharmacist assists with healthcare service offerings including administering vaccines, health screenings, and any health services allowed by law. Within the guidelines of authorized company policies, state and federal laws/regulations, exercises independent judgment to delegate, direct, and assign non-clinical work in the pharmacy. Ensures tasks are completed on-time and holds others accountable for efficient workflow. At the direction of the Pharmacy Manager or pharmacist, prepares, and files reports and records required by the company and various government agencies. Manages core pharmacy workflow and drives excellence in pharmacy operations. Coordinates and organizes pharmacy daily schedule of activities. Recommends allocation of pharmacy hours. Assures the pharmacy is clean, neat, orderly, and stocked with adequate supplies.
